1. How can I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our collection and click on the desired item. Select the size and quantity, then add it to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you'll enter your shipping details and payment information to complete the order.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay) and PayPal. Rest assured, our payment process is secure and your information is protected.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? The delivery time depends on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and shipping times range from 5-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Can I return or exchange an item? No. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a refund, if the item is eligible for a refund (like when it comes damaged or is missing parts). Please consult the dimension tables of each product carefully before you buy it. Our store is not responsible for choosing the wrong size or color of any product.

Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back if the product is damaged. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
