Shipping Costs

The responsibility for shipping costs on returns depends on the specific circumstances:

  • Defective or Broken Products: If you receive a defective or broken product, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.   • Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return a product without it being defective or broken, and simply due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund.

Refund policy

If your item is eligible for a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return policy

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a refund, if the item is eligible for a refund (like when it comes damaged or is missing parts). Please consult the dimension tables of each product carefully before you buy it. Our store is not responsible for choosing the wrong size or color of any product. Customer is eligible to request return or a refund within 14 days after the order is delivered.

Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back if the product is damaged. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
